The Seychelles consist of an archipelago of a group of approximately 115 small islands, islets and coral reefs located in the Indian Ocean northeast of Madagascar.
French, English and Creole are the official languages. Levernam Management (Seychelles) is located in the capital of Victoria on the principal island of Mahé. Seychelles attained independence from the British in 1976, becoming an independent republic. It enjoys a stable government. The corporate services industry is regulated by SIBA (Seychelles International Business Authority). Over the past few years, Seychelles has established itself as one of the fastest growing offshore jurisdictions in the world (more than 13,000 IBC incorporations in 2008), thanks to an extremely efficient corporate registry. As an independent republic, Seychelles offers advantages over other jurisdictions that are dependent territories of the EU and therefore subject to EU directives.
